Cancellation/Reschedule: Please give us 24-hour advance notice.

Children: Please watch your children at all time. We are not responsible for anything that may happen.

Services: We have the right to refuse any services to any guest.

Late / Tardiness: If you will be late 10 minutes or more, please contact our salon immediately or in advance, otherwise, your appointment will not be guaranteed.

Payment: We only accept Cash, Discover, Visa & Mastercard. No checks, no refunds.

Gift Cards: Redeemable within six months after the purchase date.

Cell Phone/Electronic Devices/Talking: Please respect a quiet relax atmosphere of other guests in the salon by placing your electronic devices on silent or vibration, low tone and refrain from talking loudly.

Personal Property: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Our Guarantees: All services are guaranteed. Please notify us within 24-hours, for any unsatisfied services, we will re-perform the services for you within 3 days. No refunds on any services.

Highlights: All tools/instruments undergo a 3-step sterilization process to ensure the safety of our guests. A new liner is used in our pipe-less pedicure basin, for each client to prevent bacteria. A new pedicure/manicure kit is used for each guest.
